Eduardo D. Fons

Attorney Fons graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2009, and was a member of the Jonh Marshall Mock Trial team. Mr. Fons, attended Florida International University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English, and minored in Finance. He became a member of the Florida bar after graduation, and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida, and in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Fons dedicates his practice to victims’ rights, including those injured due to negligence, motor vehicle accidents, product defect, and medical malpractice. Mr. Fons also represents clients who have been injured in their workplace and have been denied, or refused medical treatment, and/or reimbursement for lost wages.

Mr. Fons has represented clients, from Miami-Dade to Jacksonville, covering the entire State of Florida.
